With nearly two decades of experience in the healthcare industry, Lady Bautista, a new Partner and Director of Healthcare Services of the National Care Planning Council (NCPC), has built her career on the foundation of servant leadership. From her roots as a Physical Therapist to her advanced nursing and Value-Based Healthcare Management qualifications, Bautista has leveraged her clinical and business expertise to deliver compassionate, comprehensive care to the senior population.
